The Skalp 360 Journey

    Consultation: Includes suitability assessment, patch test, and measurements

  • Step 2

    Design Appointment: Up to 2 hours creating a precise scalp mould and finalising colour, length, and style. Once approved, the system is sent for creation (approx. 10 weeks). 50% deposit due once cast is quoted

Single vs Dual System

We understand every woman's journey is unique.

  • Single System

    For women comfortable wearing their natural hair on some days. Custom-made to your head shape. Natural shedding may occur around the 4–6 month mark, and the system will require colour refreshes over time as it's made with 100% human hair.

  • Dual System

    Ideal for women who want to wear their system full-time. Two identical systems are cast and rotated for up to 2 years of wear. If one goes in for repair (up to 8 weeks), you'll always have another to wear. Both systems must be identical.

Longevity & Maintenance

With correct care, each system lasts 6–12 months. Systems must be refitted every 4 weeks without exception.

Each maintenance appointment includes:

  1. Gentle oil-based removal (no damage to natural hair)
  2. Scalp cleanse and detox
  3. System cleanse
  4. Fresh reapplication
  5. Styling finish

Maintenance pricing:

  • Short system — $425
  • Long system — $475
  • Every 4 weeks — non-negotiable

First repair included at no extra cost (generally around the 5–6 month mark)

Aftercare Essentials

Wash every 3 days using recommended products only
Apply conditioner to mids and ends only — never the base
Blow-dry the base and edges thoroughly after washing
Protect at night with a silk bonnet
Use UV protection or a hat during prolonged sun exposure

Always pre-book maintenance appointments and never exceed 4 weeks
